Trading and research summer internship
We offer full summer internships across our locations globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with some of the industry’s most experienced traders.
As an intern, you will play a key role within our front office team, where you’ll blend theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. From developing research ideas that will support the desk’s trading strategies, to building tools and reports to aid in trade analysis and identification, our hands-on approach will empower you to develop your skills and knowledge, whilst playing a vital role in shaping the success of our trading endeavours.

During the summer, you will join all other global interns for a one-week ‘Intern Orientation Week’ in our London headquarters, an exciting and immersive experience that will integrate you into the firm’s culture.
You will receive training on financial markets, participate in simulated trading activities, and hear presentations from senior partners and the managers of front office and support teams, giving you the opportunity to network within the organisation and understand how the different functions work together.

Successful candidate qualities
- Possess outstanding quantitative skills and an interest in applying these skills to solve complex trading problems
- Boast excellent analytical skills accompanied by critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
- Have a passion for the global financial markets
- Demonstrate experience with programming (e.g., Python)
- Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrive in a collaborative, dynamic and stimulating environment
Preference will be given to candidates in their penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline (computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics and statistics).
