Yes, we will on certain occasions sponsor work permits, however, offers of employment are conditional on obtaining and maintaining applicable work authorisations for the relevant country, which may be out of Capula’s control.

Unfortunately, due to the size of our business, we are only able to consider candidates who meet the requirements for our Capula Analyst and Internship programmes.

Due to the volume of applications received, we are only able to offer feedback to candidates who make it to final round interview.

You should make one application to the programme and location you prefer. If selected for interview we will be able to discuss further any alternatives. Duplicate applications will not be considered.

It is not possible to defer your start date.

At the end of the two year program, successful participants are likely to be placed in a full-time position, most likely on a desk where they have served a rotation.

From time to time, we may advertise for off-cycle interns or graduate level direct entry positions in addition to our structured programmes. All positions will be advertised on this website as and when available.
